Return Policy – TanahMae

1. My Return Promise

I hope you love your handmade TanahMae ceramics.

However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging if possible.
  • You must notify me within 14 days of receiving the order that you wish to return it.
  • After notifying me, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Please note:

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Email me at info@tanahmae.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will send you the return instructions and address.
  3. Pack the items securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel.
  4. Ship the return to me using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. I recommend using insured shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

4. Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Shipping costs from your original order are not refundable.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

I’ll gladly replace the item or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.

6. Exchanges

Because my ceramics are handmade and unique, I cannot guarantee identical replacements.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact me — I’ll help you find a suitable alternative.
